www.sendphoto.gr and its services are available in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions and rules posted on our website.
Www.sendphoto.gr reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions and undertakes the obligation to update this text in case of any changes or addition to the terms.
Orders through the online store are contracts for distance sales, which are governed by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994 (as it is valid today) of the amendments referred to in Presidential Decree 131/2003 (Government Gazette A '116 / 16.05.2003 ) and in the decision 31619 Government Gazette 969 / 22.3.2017.
The user has the right to conclude a valid order through the online store, if he is legally competent in compliance with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (if he has reached the age of eighteen and is not under legal assistance regarding the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders can also be placed by legal representatives of legal entities. The company reserves the right to demand the return by the supervisor or guardian of any orders that will be made by legally incompetent persons.
According to Directive 2013/11 / EC, which was incorporated in Greek legislation with JM 70330/2015, and Decision 31619 Government Gazette 969 / 22.3.2017 (article 8) it provides the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes with the procedure Alternative Dispute Resolution throughout the European Union.

ONLINE ORDERING PROCESS:

Select Add Photos, a new window opens, then drag your photos or click to upload them.
If you want to select photos in a different order from a PC, in a Windows environment you must have the control pressed, in a Mac environment you must have the command pressed.
If you want to select photos from your mobile, click on each photo of your choice.
CAUTION
A) You must select the exact number of photos according to your order.
B) Do not lock the home screen because on some phones it ceases to send data.
Photos should be in .jpg format and the size per photo should be up to 15MB.
ORDERS
All orders are sent from our distribution center in Athens.
Prices are in euros and include the official Greek VAT (Value added tax).
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of www.sendphoto.gr.
Items in your shopping cart are unbound and can be purchased by other customers if you have not completed your order.
There is also the possibility that the final quality control, before releasing an order, may prevent us from sending a product that does not meet our quality standards. In this case the customer is informed immediately and the order can be canceled.
Www.sendphoto.gr offers products that are in stock and are immediately available for shipment. In case a product is not available and is expected from our suppliers soon, the indication "AVAILABLE SOON " appears under the item.
In this case, you have the opportunity to pre-purchase the product by contacting the customer service department in order to receive the product as a priority, the instant it has been received and is available from www.sendphoto.gr.
Your rights to pre-purchases are the same as for any other purchase from www.sendphoto.gr. You should be aware that, in some cases, products that are in particularly on high demand may once again be unavailable by the time you receive our email.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF ORDER / item, Product items
For any order cancellation or change of address or payment, you can send an email to send@sendphoto.gr.
This option is available for the shipping of product, until the moment you are informed of the shipping details of your order by e-mail.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF ORDER Photographs / Designing, processing, printing, photocopy Products.
To cancel or change an order, you should notify us by email, half an hour (30 minutes) after sending your order.
After this time there is no possibility for cancellations or changes in your order.

The following payment methods are accepted:
Credit or Debit Card
All credit or debit card transactions are made on the secure platform of EUROBANK Bank that accepts VISA - MASTERCARD - MAESTRO - AMEX - DINERS. Www.sendphoto.gr. does not process or store any credit card information.
Pay on delivery
Valid only for shipments within Greece and the additional cost is € 3.50 (including VAT 24%). Payment is made upon receipt of your parcel from the courier company we work with.

The amount collected in the account of www.sendphoto.gr. should correspond to the exact amount of your order as it appears upon completion.
Any bank charges should be covered by the customer. Please indicate your order number on your payment to avoid delays.
Once you make the deposit you should definitely inform us by calling us at 210 6204770 or sending us an email send@sendphoto.gr. with your name, the order number, the total amount as well as the date and the bank where you made the deposit.
The deposit must be made within 2 working days from the day of the order. If the corresponding amount is not deposited within this period, your order will be canceled.
Also note that your order will be processed as soon as your payment is confirmed. This can take up to 4 business days, depending on the bank process.
SHIPPING POLICY / SHIPPING METHODS
The products are shipped all over Greece, with the courier company we work with.
Delivery is estimated within 2-5 working days from the day of shipment to the Prefecture of Attica and the rest of Greece.
Deliveries to the islands can be made within 2-6 working days, while deliveries to areas considered inaccessible are made within 4-7 working days.
The shipping cost is € 3.5 while there is an EXTRA charge of € 3.5 in case of cash on delivery
General information:
Your order is confirmed in 1-3 working days, depending on the time and day of submission. In case of lack of stock, or technical problems, you are informed by phone or e-mail about the final delivery time.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order date. Orders placed on the weekends and during holidays are processed the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, processing your order may take up to 2 business days.
Orders are delivered from 9:00 to 17:00. Please make sure someone is available to pick up and sign for your delivery. In case someone is not available for delivery, the Courier will leave a message with a contact phone number where you will need to call to arrange your delivery again. Delivery shipments are returned to us after one week. In this case, the reshipment is charged with shipping costs.
There are no shipments / deliveries / order processing on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Www.sendphoto.gr. is not responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather or any other circumstances beyond its control.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail, with the bill of lading number and a link to monitor the status of your shipment on the site of the partner Courier.
RETURN POLICY Independent items, Product items
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order and you can choose between changing the item OR issuance of credit balance. Any shipping costs are non-refundable. In order for the return item to be accepted, all products must be in excellent condition with their labels, markings and original packaging.
The features and other details of the products sold are available and you can easily be informed by following the search instructions listed on our websites and by "clicking" on the name of the respective product.
Returns are not accepted on products that have the indication "CANNOT BE RETURNED" in their description, are on sale or are at a discount.
Www.sendphoto.gr reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized and / or are not sent in accordance with the return terms that are listed in detail, as well as in the instructions that accompany each order.
In case of unapproved or unacceptable returns, the products will be returned to the shipping address of the original order.
Returns / Changes of Photos / Designed, processed, printed, photocopied Products.
Please understand that www.sendphoto.gr. may not provide returns or cancel orders for Photographs / Products made, edited, printed, photocopied, except as expressly stated below:
A) Product with damage on arrival due to improper transport.
B) Product with manufacturing defect.
The product you design, send and order from us is exactly the way you want it.
Www.sendphoto.gr does not interfere, in any way, with your photos, texts or creations.
This means that it is your responsibility to critically inspect your product before ordering, that is including the quality and dimension of a photo you may choose.
You should also know that the final product has the least deviation in colors, always within the permissible limits, due to the color deviations which depend on the screen settings and the chosen resolution on each device screen.
Due to the fact that the photographic and printing services provided by www.sendphoto.gr, are activated by the customer's desire to order the manufacturing or printing of a product or service that he has designed, or photographed at his own risk, thus, it is not mandatory nor imposed on the customer by anyone other than himself, no order can be returned.
Apart from all of the above, no other return is accepted for reasons such as:
- Subjective judgments (e.g. different perception of photo colors)
In photo printing, judgments are always subjective, as everyone has a different perception of colors.
Photo returns are only acceptable if our customer sends photo samples in advance and the result he receives is not like the original.
If we are not given any preferences, the photos are printed according to our judgment.
-Insufficient - defective file
File with very low resolution, file unable to cover the entire printable area ofthe product.
- Errors when taking the photo
Photo flutter, lack of quality or resolution, technical or other camera problems.
- Errors during shipment.
- Mistakes in the choice of products and quantity by the customer.
The product that you design and order at www.sendphoto.gr is exactly as you order it. In no case do we interfere, in any way, with the content of photos and texts as well as the layout that you have created.
This means that it is your responsibility to check your product before ordering, and to correct the following:
* Spelling, grammar or syntax errors in your texts
* Low resolution images that may appear blurry in print
* Dark images
* The result produced is sure to have color and tonal deviations from the preview you see on your screen.
Www.sendphoto.gr does not interfere with your images because it is impossible to know the image you see on your screen.
* Design issues, size, organization, style, colors, and layout of your pages
* Any other creative choice you made.
CAUTION
You need to do a final and critical check of your product before sending your order. If you want to make changes, you must make them before uploading your revised product, then order as many copies as you wish.
The choice of photos or printing material is the sole responsibility of the customer and he is solely responsible for the order.
In case of refusal to receive the order by the customer, without any serious reason, www.sendphoto.gr will proceed with all the necessary legal procedures in order to collect the exact price for the order.
Any charge that arises, is borne exclusively by the customer.
For any dispute that may arise, the applicable Law is the Greek Law and the competent Courts are the Courts of Athens.

ANALYTICAL RETURN GUIDE Independent items, Product items
In case you decide to return your order, you must immediately inform the company via e-mail at send@sendphoto.gr. Specifying exactly the reason for the return.
The maximum return time for replacement cannot be extended beyond seven (7) calendar days.
In case they are not returned to us within seven (7) calendar days, the company may not accept any return and replacement.
Prerequisite is that the product has not been used and is in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition in which you received it along with the retail sales receipt and including the special markings of the product.
Change of Type:
Products can be changed to any available different size or item of equal or greater value.
In case of change, send us the package with the product to be changed using the COURIER company that it was received from, only. The shipping costs for the parcel with the product to be changed are charged to our company and in order to receive the new parcel the shipping costs are 7 €.
You must inform us about how you would like us to handle this change of products.
Issuance of Credit Balance: which can be used within 6 months from the date of return. The credit balance may not be used during sales, discounts or items that are on discount or on sale.
Money Refunds
Refunds are made within 20 working days from the time the returned items are received and checked.
Refunds are only made to the original credit card, or bank account used to pay for the order. Processing time varies depending on the bank and the type of credit card.
In case of refund, the shipping costs to send us the parcel are yours.
Alternatively, you can send it to us with the COURIER that we sent the parcel with, and the surcharge of € 3.5 to our company, will be deducted from the refund of the original value of the product returned (Greece).
Products that are at a discount are not refunded, only changed with another product of equal or greater value.
For the refund process, you must inform us by email that you wish a refund to one of the cooperating banks Alpha Bank, Piraeus Bank, EUROBANK, with an indication of the bank preferred, the name of the beneficiary and the account number (IBAN) in which you want the deposit to be made.
The refund is made within the next 20 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product. In case of deposit in a different bank, the remittance is borne by the Beneficiary (Customer) and not the Depositor
You must inform us about the way you want us to handle the refund. No changes are made with the "hand-in-hand" process for safety reasons, as quality control of products is necessary.
The company is not responsible for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is not obliged to replace these products.
Every return is made exclusively through the COURIER company that we work with.
If you make your return with any other courier company it is solely your responsibility and charge.
The product must be in its original condition, exactly as you received it without removing the special markings (tabs) together with the purchase receipt.

Return Instructions
To return your previously agreed purchase, simply follow the instructions below and make sure we receive your return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Log in to your Account by selecting the order you want to return, then send an email to send@sendphoto.gr with your details along with your order code.
Within the next two business days, you will receive an email confirming your request as well as instructions on how to arrange your return shipment.
Once we receive and accept your return, you will receive an email confirming your change of product, credit balance or refund.
Gift Returns
If you have received a gift from www.sendphoto.gr and you want to return it, just follow the return instructions
Please note that gifts can only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value. Credit balance and refunds do not apply.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In case of receiving a product of defective quality with proof that www.sendphoto.gr is liable due to error in the process of receiving the order, incorrect invoicing, fault in shipment, or poor packaging then www.sendphoto.gr assumes the responsibility of the replacement, the cost of the return as well as shipping costs.
In order to determine that the product is defective you should send us an email with photos of the product in order to be checked by the competent department of the company.
If you send us the product without following the above procedure, the shipping costs are borne by you and in addition the company reserves the right to refuse to receive it.
